Melt Takeoff is an AI-assisted takeoff service designed for contractors and estimators who need speed without sacrificing trust. It combines AI vision for fast quantity extraction with onshore, field-experienced senior estimators who verify outputs and add detailed allowances for scope not shown on drawings. Melt Takeoff detects hundreds of building elements, flags drawing/spec conflicts, structures takeoffs in MasterFormat®, UniFormat®, or custom standards, and delivers interactive outputs with sheet-linked traceability and clean Excel exports.
