Haseko's BIM x Tektome
Haseko Corporation has adopted "Tektome Storage," an advanced AI-driven architectural design platform developed by Tektome Inc., as an integrated database solution for its proprietary Building Information Modeling (BIM) system. By using Japanese language prompts, the "Haseko AI System" leverages Tektome’s sophisticated capabilities to transform previously unstructured architectural design information into a structured, easily accessible data environment. This collaboration will significantly enhance efficiency in Haseko’s design workflows in three phases: - First Phase (2024): This phase involves constructing the integrated Haseko-version BIM database, enabling designers to access accumulated data and search for similar cases, making the design process more streamlined and informed. - Second Phase: In this phase, quality checks will be enhanced using design specification data, ensuring legal compliance, conformity to design standards, and performing clearance and interference checks between components. This will improve the accuracy and integrity of every design. - Third Phase: The final phase will introduce automated design functions based on language instructions. These functions will cover layout planning, including the number of stories and units, as well as automate unit area and design elements. Through these phases, "Tektome" will shift manual tasks to AI-driven processes, improving productivity by reducing the time required for data input and design verification. These innovations are expected to cut manual task time by 50%, allowing Haseko's team to focus more on creative, high-level design tasks, setting new industry standards for quality, speed, and efficiency.
